Returns

Purchases made via the Online Shop cannot be exchanged. Goods may be returned for a refund, and the preferred item can be re-ordered or purchased instore.

Returns of unwanted and unused items will be accepted up until 12 months from the date of purchase provided that the item is still being sold in the College Shop and that the goods have the original tags attached.

Second hand items purchased in the College Shop may be returned or exchanged within 1 week.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange underwear, socks, tights, skorts and earrings.
